工作原理：行星架转动时，带动箱内的二根搅拌框、一根刮壁轴、一根分散轴绕料桶轴线进行公转，搅拌框、刮壁轴同速自转，分散轴在公转的同时高速自转，从而使物料受到强烈的剪切、捏合作用，达到充分分散和混合的目的；刮壁板紧贴桶壁的刮试，使桶壁无滞留料。
真空装置能使物料在搅拌中产生的气泡、水分及其他挥发物排出；
料桶设有夹层，能通水、蒸汽、导热油等介质，加热冷却系统可以按工艺要求进行加热或冷却，并能自动控温。
由于本装置具有良好的混合、剪切、分散作用，特别适用于固固相、固液相、液液相的分散、混合，能在化工、食品、制药、建材、IT等行业广泛运用。
