nflicts and hiking of the global crude oil price, big powers in the world are competing more fiercely for the co
ntrol of areas of rich petroleum reserves and existing petroleum resources. China is also facing energy problems that have become obvious in such competative environment.
为了有利于研究，本文浅议了中国在石油能源领域所遇到的问题，并提出了解决难题的几点思考：积极开展油气能源战略合作、对海上石油运输线路加强保护、加大和平时期石油储备、提高油气资源勘探力度、发展替代能源。
In order to facilitate the study herein conducted, the author of this essay has made some preliminary discussions on the problems facing China in petroleum energy area and come up with some thoughts on how to address the problems. The countermeasures available include initiatives to launch stratigic cooperation in oil and gas fields, strengthening of the co
nvoy to ensure the safety of marine oil transport, increase of oil reserve in peace time, promotion of oil and gas resources exploration and development of alternative energy.
