阿夏文-查尔布拉在报告中写道，“在中国，投资者们已经接受了经济增长速度将会更低的现实。政府当局正在设法平衡维持高于7%增长速度的需求，以及控制信贷的紧缩和一个高度杠杆化的金融系统。”
报告强调，对中国经济而言的一个好消息就是下降中的原油价格，“这对于中国这样的原油进口国家而言是一个极大的促进。”
