据了解，克孜勒苏河流域中游河段水能项目规划为2库6级，设计总装机容量为60万千瓦，项目总投资约65亿元。一期开发建设塔日勒嘎、夏特、八村三座水电站，总装机容量38.2万千瓦，年发电量12.65亿度，工程设计概算总投资约40亿元人民币。三座水电站建设期累计缴纳税费7000余万元，建成投产后每年将交纳税费5600余万元。流域电站建成投产后，将极大地缓解南疆三地州用电紧张状态，促进边疆地区经济社会发展和稳定。
