塔马尔财团将通过东地中海公司（EMG）10年前建造的一条海底管道向埃及供应天然气，后因为遭受武装袭击，双方交易在2012年中断。新协议希望通过该管道再次向埃及运送天然气。不过，这还需要得到以色列和埃及政府方面批准。
9月，以色列与约旦签署了供气协议，将每年向约旦国家电力公司供应450亿立方米的天然气，供期为15年，天然气将来自于利维坦气田。（王晓苏）
